About the practice
About AIRA Behavioral Health
AIRA is more than a practice name. It reflects the founder's personal story, professional purpose, and commitment to healing.
AIRA draws on the founder's surname, Hylaire, and on a clinical framework the practice returns to in every stage of care: awareness, insight, resilience, and action.
Awareness
Awareness means breaking through denial, stigma, and silence so you can see your experience clearly and name it without shame.
Insight
Insight is understanding the “why” behind the struggle, so care can be intentional, meaningful, and lasting.
Resilience
Resilience is the inner strength, practical tools, and support systems that help you face adversity and setbacks without losing ground.
Action
Action is purposeful, consistent movement toward recovery, wellness, and a better quality of life — at a pace shaped around you.
Our purpose
From awareness to action
At AIRA Behavioral Health, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive. We walk alongside individuals and families from the moment of awareness to the courage of action, providing compassionate and evidence-based behavioral health care that restores hope and supports meaningful change.
Our mission
Care that honors the whole person
AIRA Behavioral Health is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through awareness, insight, resilience, and action. We provide culturally responsive, compassionate, and evidence-based behavioral health services that honor the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit.
